How it works:
• In advance of the audit, a Here For Growth consultant will meet with a member of your leadership team to thoroughly explain the process and to identify any your business results we might need access to during the assessment
• Over the course of two assessment weeks, the consultant will carry out a rigorous and robust assessment of your organisation. They will meet with your leadership team, staff, customers and stakeholders whilst also assessing your business results to assess your organisation against the nine fundamental criteria of business excellence:
o Leadership
o People
o Strategy
o Partnership and Resources
o Processes, Products & Services
o People Results
o Customer Results
o Society Results
o Business Results
• You will then be provided with an independent, value-adding report that will identify key strengths and opportunities for improvement to inform future strategic growth
